Pipeline Leisure and it’s partner Ustigate specialise in the design and build of indoor and outdoor aquatic play facilities. All of the mechanical and electrical elements to operate the aquatic play are designed, manufactured and tested in-house, this includes the manifold and the complex controller.
We design and build the plant rooms complete with the best water management system for the scheme. Our systems range from a recirculation system to a flow through system and we often integrate a grey water tank to collect and repurpose water. We regularly act as a main contractor on schemes, providing a full turnkey solution from start to finish.
Our in-house engineering expertise allows us to design and build bespoke facilities to cater for every site specific need and all of our projects are delivered on time and on budget. At Ustigate we take water quality seriously, designing systems that meet and exceed the PWTAG water quality standards for aquatic play environments. Our priority is to ensure our systems provide the safest water for children to play in.

DESIGN
Our large team of graphic designers, 2D and 3D artists, CAD designers, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical engineers work together to develop aquatic play schemes from concept to completion. Our team develops bespoke solutions for each client, from a few mains fed features to a sizeable scheme that requires a treated recirculation system.
BUILD
All contracts are assigned a qualified engineer to design the scheme and our project managers oversee the project through to commissioning, training and handover. Our trained and knowledgeable staff provide skilled labour to install the aquatic play equipment, pipework, pumps, control systems, surfacing, benches, picnic tables and fencing.
MAINTAIN
We maintain the majority of our aquatic play installations; commissioning at the beginning of each season and decommissioning prior to winter. We provide weekly visits, mid-season check-ups, water testing and training. We have a customer care team at the end of the telephone and a maintenance team available to respond rapidly if required.
