Pool Wall modifications: Diamond track saw 1no horizontal cut 200mm deep, & 1no vertical cut 391mm deep. Diamond stich drill into 1mtr sections. Drill/fix lifting eyes into each section.

Pool design: Original pool wall will be reduced by 391mm, The wall will be reinstated with the new over flow gulley.

A new internal wall will be installed at an additional 150mm, this will allow for pipework to be clipped to the original pool wall (as per prelim drawings).

The new over flow channel will consist of a 8mm gap to allow water flow into the new gully and back to the Balance tank (old cover pit).

Top of the over flow will consist of 1 x coping and 1 x backing tile (Burlington white) ,around the pool, bull-nosed edge detail to allow flow to gully.

Pipeline Leisure installed all necessary pipework from existing returns these will be clipped to the original pool wall before the new instal wall is constructed.

The skimmer pipework will be diverted in to the new Balance Tank to create Balance Tank suction at low level.

Water Top- Up: Water top will be taken from the current location , down turned into the new balance tank connected to a ballcock valve.

Pool Return Inlets 4 x returns to be added to the shell in strategic positions to provide adequate flow rates.

Existing sumps will be redirected from inside the current cover pit to new low level sumps which will be installed in new pool wall to Balance Tank .
